Youthtown

This Thursday we were really lucky! We got to go outside and play lots of different games with Youthtown and the Seniors. Youthtown has been teaching the big kids how to play different games and they're going to be running games for us each week! It was lots of fun learning from the big kids and some of them even joined in on the games!

  1. Anyoung Haseyo Piwakawaka team,

I am Ethan from Kotuku team. I loved teaching the kids that I did with Youth town - you were all really good to teach. From what I saw everyone was really enjoying our T ball game. It would be better to put more words with the pictures.

  2. G’day, Team Piwakawaka.
My name is Lucas from Team Kotuku. I really like your blog post on the Youthtown Activities you did on Thursday, I’m quite unhappy that I could not make it to school because I was sick! It’s nice to see you had a good time. Though it would be more helpful if you added some more information, I’d love to know a bit more about what happened, I hope to hear back from you.

It’s James here from team Kotuku
It looks like you had a great time by the looks of your faces on the pictures on thursday. I also had a great time running the games as well. Maybe this Thursday when you go out for sport this week with us you could get some kids saying what was fun about it.

See you this Thursday - James

  8. Hi i'm Kyrah from Parkview Parua School.

I liked the way you added lots of pictures and information of what you had been doing.
This reminded me of when l was a year 1, 2 and 3; it was fun when we were little.
Maybe you could add more information about what games you played and more.
What is your favorite game to do with Youthtown?
